The Care and Nursing industry have specific requirements that we and our machines are fully able to meet.

Washing machines:

We will ensure that any machines we specify, will meet the necessary requirements and legislation and assist with infection control guidelines laid out in CFPP 01-04, also compliance with WRAS fluid category 5.

We have machines from 7kg up to 33kg and will make recommendations based on a number of factors including:

• Number of beds
• Space and access
• Available Power
• Future requirement

The Schulthess Spirit 7720 is a 7kg drain valve machine and can look after care homes with up to 14 residents.

Tumble dryers:

As the more expensive part of the laundry process, it is our aim and main objective to supply you with the most energy efficient machine possible, if you have mains or LPG gas available then you will save approximately 60% on your energy costs without compromising speed of through put, another more recent development are ‘heat-pump’ dryers, these too will reduce overall running costs.

Machines from 7kg all the way up to 60kg and in differing forms mean we will be able to specify a dryer that meets your requirements and will still fit in your laundry room.

The Schulthess proLine TRI 9250 has a full commercial 10kg capacity and is just 800mm deep which means easy access into most care home laundries.

Dishwashers:

Drawing on the excellent range of machines from SMEG Foodservice, we can offer a choice of tank, both front loading and pass-through both with programable final rinse temperatures up to 85°C and thermal disinfecting freshwater machines in their SWT264 which rinses at 93°C. All Smeg professional machines are WRAS fluid category 5 approved.

With 90 second wash time the Smeg UD511 DSUK will make light work of your washing up whilst taking up no more space than a domestic machine; a built-in continuous water softener helping with space and cost.
